At gardengirl we aim to make a purchase with us as easy as possible. Once you have decided what to purchase click on the item which will then add it to your shopping basket. The items will stay in your basket unless you delete them or go through to the checkout to pay. Delivery charges will be added at this point.(See delivery) We currently use Paypal, a secure payment provider. Paypal are a world leader in online payments. Paypal accepts all major debit and credit cards(and you don’t have to have a paypal account to do this.)We also accept cheques, but unfortunately we cannot send out the goods until it has cleared and so this may delay your order. Please write your contact details on the back of the cheque.

We will despatch your orders as soon as possible normally within 7 working days however please allow up to 28 days. We will always contact you if we anticipate a delay or the item is out of stock to see if you still wish to proceed with the order. If you require an order urgently please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you next day. This may incur an extra charge. All deliveries require a signature. Customers that request not to do this do so at their own risk. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in these circumstances.

If there is nobody to receive the delivery the courier will leave a card with a contact telephone no. If the courier fails to deliver the order after repeated attempts the parcel will be returned to us. Any additional charge we may incur if the parcel is returned to us will be deducted from a refund alongside the original delivery cost.

Security

As mentioned earlier we use Pay pal for your secure payments and so it is extremely safe. At this point you are requested to give your card details, you will see a padlock icon in the status bar. This indicates that you are using a secure payment system and all of the numbers are encrypted and so we do not get to see them. We also do not disclose your personal details to any other company or individuals.
