Please note that we currently only deliver within the mainland UK.
We are happy to accept overseas orders, please contact us for a price on postage and packaging as prices depend on weight and destination.
Customers who require delivery for a certain date should phone us to ensure this is possible.
Delivery cost for heavy items including planters is £18.95.
Delivery cost for any other item is £3.95.
In the case of an extremely heavy parcel we reserve the right to contact you regarding delivery.
We are currently reviewing our delivery charges to try and make them as fair as possible but until we notify you otherwise the above conditions apply.
Packaging
We try and reuse packaging as much as possible and so please don’t be alarmed if it does not arrive in a brand new box. If the item is a gift you can request new packaging. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please notify us if you intend to do this. Please request proof of postage. You will need to return the parcel at your own expense, packaged securely.
Faulty Goods
All items are carefully inspected before they are sent out to you. If a product arrives faulty please contact us immediately and we will contact you to discuss the next course of action. Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions and measurements are correct however slight variations in dimensions may occur…
Please note that due to the rustic and often purposely distressed handmade nature of the goods we supply we cannot accept responsibility for any variations in colour or patterns. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
